Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation policy for training and certification programmes. Please read before enrolling.

1. General

Nextwood College Of Business and Technology (NCBT) aims to treat all enrolments fairly. This policy sets out when refunds or transfers may be available and how to request them. Specific terms may also be communicated at the time of booking for particular courses or events.

2. Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits may be offered depending on how far in advance you cancel and the type of course. Generally, cancellations received with sufficient notice (e.g. 14 days or more before the course start date) may be eligible for a full or partial refund or transfer to a later date, subject to any administrative fees we have communicated.

3. Cancellation by NCBT

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrolment, instructor availability, or other circumstances. If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date or course. We are not liable for any indirect costs (e.g. travel or accommodation) arising from cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Non-attendance and no-shows

If you do not attend a course without prior cancellation, no refund will be given. Transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances apply.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund or discuss your options, please contact us at info@nextwoodcbt.com with your name, course details, and reason for the request. We will respond within a reasonable time and process approved refunds in accordance with our payment terms.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Your enrolment is subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
