1. Refund Eligibility
Nextwood College Of Business and Technology - NCBT is committed to providing high-quality training and educational services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to address various situations.
2. Course Cancellation by Student
2.1 Before Course Start Date
If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus any processing fees (if applicable).
2.2 Within 7 Days of Course Start
If you cancel within 7 days of the course start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the course fee, subject to administrative costs.
2.3 After Course Commencement
Once a course has commenced, refunds are generally not available. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events.
3. Course Cancellation by Nextwood College Of Business and Technology - NCBT
If Nextwood College Of Business and Technology - NCBT cancels a course for any reason, enrolled students will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to another course of equal value.
4. Online Courses and Digital Products
For online courses and digital products:
- Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
- Once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, no refund will be provided
- Digital materials and resources are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed
5. Refund Processing
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nextwoodcbt.com with the following information:
- Full name and contact information
- Course name and enrollment date
- Reason for refund request
- Payment receipt or transaction reference
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Processing fees and administrative charges
- Certification examination fees (if already scheduled)
- Course materials that have been shipped or delivered
- Completed courses or certifications already issued
- Special promotional offers or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)
7. Transfer Policy
Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another course or a future session of the same course, subject to availability and any applicable transfer fees.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our customer service team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
